Commissions Terms

1. NSFW content only for 18+
I only take commissions from adults. No exceptions.2. All commissions are discussed beforehand, no pressure to commit.
I’ll ask for character references, any visual inspiration, and important details to understand your idea.3. I reserve the right to decline any request.
If I’m not comfortable with a project or it’s not a good fit, I may politely refuse.4. Payment is made after the first sketch.
Once you approve the sketch, I’ll send a payment link/invoice (PayPal or Wise only). Work continues after payment is received. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars.5. I don’t work with strict deadlines.
Each commission is done with care, not rushed. If you’re in a hurry, I’m probably not the right fit.6. No refunds.
Once you approve the sketch and pay, the piece will be finished. I don’t offer refunds beyond this point.7. I’m not a perfectionist, but I do care.
I always put effort into making something special for you, even if my art has quirks.8. WIP changes are welcome—within reason.
Keep an eye on the updates. Major changes during final stages may come with extra fees.9. Super complex ideas might lose a detail or two.
I’ll do my best to catch the important stuff, but the more going on, the easier it is to miss something.10. Unused sketches may be recycled.
If you ghost me or don’t approve the first sketch, I may repurpose it for YCHs or other work.11. Do not use my art for AI training, datasets, or image generation.
My artwork cannot be used, uploaded, or modified in any way for AI models, datasets, NFTs, or similar technologies. This includes training, prompting, or derivative generation of any kind please!

Commission Process.

1. General Sketch.

You will receive the first iteration of the idea, in which I am quite amenable to modifications.This is the most crucial stage, as it gives an indication of what the final product will generally look like.Once the draft has been accepted, the agreed amount must be paid by the customer using their preferred payment method in order for the art to be continued.

2. Clean-up Start.

When it's time to continue with the order, the customer will get a
Work-In-Progress which shows the adjustments made to the drawing for better framing and gives a slight preview of the line art.In this section, I attempt to emphasise every aspect of the character and the elements absent, so you should emphasise all the significant elements of your character during this phase.

3. Linework Ready.

Once the linework is finished, the client will be asked to carefully analyze all aspects of the delivered WIP, checking for any missing details about the character to fix or correct them and/or confirm that the drawing is ready for the final stage.Major changes to the idea at this point may result in extra fees.

4. Colors and Details.

At this stage, my focus is on completing the drawing with the level of detail requested by the client.WIPs may not be delivered during this process more than the final one, depending on whether anything is unclear. However, beyond colour corrections, no further changes can be requested at this point.When final WIP is approved, a Drive link will be provided to download the drawing and preserve the files.
